A. Add your desired items to your cart and proceed with the checkout process. Your order will be confirmed once payment is complete.

Q. Is it possible to place an order by phone or email?
A. Currently, this website only accepts online orders.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
A. Changes or cancellations after order confirmation are generally not possible, but we may be able to accommodate them before shipment. Please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone.


Shipping Information

Q. Please tell me about the shipping methods and costs.
A. We use Yamato Transport for deliveries within Japan. The basic shipping fee is 1000 yen, 1400 yen for Hokkaido, and 1600 yen for Okinawa. Shipping is free for purchases over 20,000 yen.

Q. How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. However, there may be delays during busy periods or in some areas. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Currently, we only ship within Japan.

Q. What payment methods are available?
A. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and more.

Q. Can I pay by cash on delivery?
A. We apologize, but we do not currently offer cash on delivery.


About the product

Q. How do I maintain my knives?
A. To ensure long-lasting use, please wash the knife immediately after use and wipe off any moisture thoroughly. We also recommend regular sharpening as part of your maintenance.


Returns and Exchanges

Q. Can I return or exchange an item after it has been delivered?
A. If there is a defect in the product or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.
