Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additionally, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
